Temporary Bans

Temporary bans were implemented August 2024. These bans are to protect the server from potential attacks and are fully automated by the server. The most common causes for a ban is a rapid succession of data being sent from the same IP address. This can be triggered by attempting to spam the server with messages, connecting to the server too many times (50 reconnections within a 1 minute interval will auto ban you), or sending modified packets. Most bans are not permanent and last only a short while. However, all bans are incremental. So repeat offenders will find themselves banned for longer and longer periods if they continue their behaviors. If you beleive yourself to be wrongly banned, you can either 1) wait it out or 2) contact support.
